Official Rules for Giveaway

                 The following rules will govern the “KOPPER Toybox 2026”

 

1.) All employees of Metals Sports Bar, Butte Tin Shop, Murdoch’s Butte and Anaconda, Butte Brewing Company, Pork Chop John’s, Redline Sports, McDonald’s, Three Bears Alaska, J& C Body Shop, APOC World, Conlin’s Furniture, Dee Motors, Mattress Firm, Thriftway Super Stops, Park Street Liquor, Mountain Hot Tub, Mead Lumber, Butte Auto, True Value Hardware Butte, Steele’s Furniture, and Western Meat Block are not eligible, may not enter, and will forfeit any claim to prizes.

 

2.) All employees and immediate family of employees of KOPR and Butte Broadcasting Incorporated are not eligible, may not enter, and will forfeit any claim to prizes. Immediate family refers to mother, father, brothers, sisters, husband, wife, or children of an employee of Butte Broadcasting Incorporated. This rule refers to anyone employed at Butte Broadcasting Inc. between January of 2026 and December 2026.

 

3.) Contestants must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license or government issued photo ID with them to claim the prize. Contestants must be a resident of one of the seven counties of Southwest Montana: Silver Bow, Powell, Granite, Beaverhead, Deerlodge, Jefferson, and Madison.

 

4.) Contestants may register one time per week at each participating business, and one time per week online at kopr94.net. Contestants may only enter themselves. Excess registrations will be destroyed. Incomplete registration forms will be taken out of the drawing.

 

5.) Contestants may win two of the 40 prizes of the Kopper Toybox promotion. The prizes are limited to two per household. Contestants who win may not enter themselves or anyone else in the remaining Kopper Toybox drawings, these entries will be destroyed. 

 

6.) The 40 prize packages are: $250 KOPR Crazy Cash Certificates that can only be redeemed at participating businesses listed on the back of each certificate. $250 prize drawings will take place twice per week starting June 23rd and continue for 20 weeks ending November 6^th, 2026. The drawings will be broadcast live on KOPR 94.  Entrants need not be present to win.

7.) In case winner does not qualify KOPR will continue to draw from the remaining registrations until a qualified winner has been selected. No substitutions, or transfer of prizes will take place. The prize has no cash value. No purchase is necessary for the promotion.

 

8.) Butte Broadcasting Incorporated and Kopper Toybox sponsors are not liable for any injury or damage that may be caused by the use of these prizes.

 

9.) Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced.
